Should I use the Caffeine DMG Shampoo and the Caffeine DMG Serum at the same time?
You can easily combine the Caffeine DMG Shampoo and the Caffeine DMG Serum, but it's not absolutely necessary to use both products at the same time.
What's crucial is that your hair and scalp receive a daily dose of Caffeine DMG.
We recommend using the shampoo on days when you wash your hair and the serum on days when you don't.
How long does it take for an effect to occur?
Already after 3 months of regular use, clinical studies have shown a significant reduction in hereditary hair loss.
How were the studies on Caffeine DMG conducted?
As a scientifically oriented company, Dr. Wolff places the highest value on sound research and evidence-based statements. We are currently a pioneer in the field of topical application of N,N-dimethylglycine (DMG). To generate valid and objective data, we rely on a high-quality study design. Our investigations – for example into the Alpecin Caffeine-DMG products – were therefore conducted in a placebo-controlled, randomised, and double-blind manner. A brief explanation of these terms:
* hereditary hair loss
** in vivo study, subgroup analysis, placebo-controlled, n=30 participants with hereditary hair loss
