After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Please note that if you've ordered multiple products, they might be delivered in separate shipments. In this case, your tracking link will include multiple tracking numbers so you can track each delivery individually.

We only offer the following payment options:

• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• PayPal
• Klarna Invoice

The invoice will be sent to you via email after your order has been dispatched. It's for your information only, as the amount has already been paid using your chosen payment method.

Unfortunately, completed orders cannot be changed. However, you do have the option to cancel your order and place a new one.

Currently, we do not offer express delivery.

The return is done through a cancellation. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

The address for the return can be found on the withdrawal form.

You'll receive your refund no later than 14 days after initiating your cancellation. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used for your order.
