What's the status of my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
Please note that if you've ordered multiple products, they might be delivered in separate shipments. In this case, your tracking link will include multiple tracking numbers so you can track each delivery individually.
What payment options are available?
We only offer the following payment options:
- Credit card (Amex, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna Invoice
Where can I find my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you via email after your order has been dispatched. It's for your information only, as the amount has already been paid using your chosen payment method.
My order is incomplete, what can I do?
Sometimes your order might be delivered in multiple shipments. Please check your shipping confirmation again to see if you've received multiple tracking numbers. If you can't find any further information or need assistance, please contact our customer service. We're happy to help!
How can I cancel my order?
To do this, fill out the cancellation form from your order confirmation or click on this link: Right of Withdrawal.
I want to change my order
Unfortunately, completed orders cannot be changed. However, you do have the option to cancel your order and place a new one.
