            Grey Attack MAX is ideal for men who have their first or already slightly more gray hair and want a quick colour result. It is best suited for light brown to black hair as a natural hair color. WARNING: Can cause violet discolouration on white hair.

            Yes, Alpecin Grey Attack MAX is suitable for daily hair washing. It reliably removes sebum and dirt from the hair and scalp. No other shampoo needs to be used in addition to cleansing the hair. Important: Leave Grey Attack MAX on for 2-5 minutes – from application to rinsing.

            The result depends on the condition and the amount of grey hair. The colour effect develops gradually and can become visible after just 2 weeks of daily use.             5,6-DHI repigments the hair

            5,6-Dihydroxyindole, or 5,6-DHI for short, is a precursor of the natural hair pigment melanin. When applied, 5,6-DHI attaches directly to the hair, penetrates the hair shaft, and forms colour molecule chains with oxygen within the hair. The hair becomes darker.

            Caffeine has been known for over 20 years for its growth-stimulating effect on hair roots. It inhibits the breakdown of the intracellular messenger cAMP. This provides cells with more energy and stimulates cell growth.

            The active ingredient 5,6-DHI in Grey Attack MAX Shampoo can also darken light natural hair colours with a high pheomelanin content or completely white hair. However, the result may appear less natural.
