After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Please note that if you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments.

Typically, your order should arrive within 3–4 business days.

We offer the following payment options only:

  • Credit Card (Amex, Visa, Union Pay, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

The invoice will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched. It is for information purposes only, as the amount has already been paid using your chosen payment method.

It is possible that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If you cannot find any further information or need assistance, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help!

To return an item, please email customer service at shop-us@alpecin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Unfortunately, completed orders cannot be changed. However, you have the option to withdraw from your order and place a new one.
