DMG: New: from Alpecin research
Clinical efficacy study with innovative DMG and caffeine-containing shampoo shows tremendous effectiveness against hereditary hair loss
Double-blind, randomised, and placebo-controlled study on 154 men with hereditary hair loss. Conducted at the Centre for Cosmetic Research, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy.
Until now, both the topical application and the effect of DMG on skin and hair cells were completely unexplored. Current studies from a European research network now show that the microcirculation of the skin, meaning the blood flow in the smallest blood vessels, is increased with the topical application of DMG and additionally provide insights into the mechanism of action of DMG in the cells.
