Delivery and Shipping

The shipping costs are €3.90 for Germany and €7.00 for Austria. Shipping is free for orders over €35.

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This email will also contain a tracking link for DHL shipment tracking, so you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package has been dispatched, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link for DHL parcel tracking.

Please note that if you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments. In this case, your tracking link will include multiple tracking numbers so you can track each delivery individually.

Typically, your order should arrive within 2–4 working days.

The delivery time is between 2-4 business days.

Currently, we do not offer express delivery.

We offer the following payment options only:

The invoice will be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched. It is for information purposes only, as the amount has already been paid using your chosen payment method.

It is possible that your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Please check your shipping confirmation again to see if you have received multiple tracking numbers. If you cannot find any further information or need assistance, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help!

Returns are processed through a cancellation. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The return address can be found on the cancellation form.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after initiating your cancellation. The refund will be processed using the payment method you selected when placing your order.

Unfortunately, completed orders cannot be changed. However, you have the option to withdraw from your order and place a new one.

Currently, we only offer shipping within Germany and Austria.
