Deliveries from the Alpecin online shop are only possible within Germany. Your order will be processed immediately and delivered to you via DHL within 2 to 4 working days. If not all desired items are in stock, partial deliveries are permitted. These subsequent deliveries will be free of charge.
If you are rarely at home during DHL's normal delivery times, we will, of course, deliver to an alternative address specified by you.

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This email will also contain a tracking link for DHL shipment tracking, so you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.

Please note that if you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments. In this case, your tracking link will include multiple tracking numbers so you can track each delivery individually.
